Adding to the rainbow collection of yukata that I have is always a joyful time.
This latest one was the second bolt I bought from the shopping trip to Nippori with my friend David last year. I've already made the Red Yukata (in Japan), but this one came home with me unmade. Not sure what inspired me to dig it out and make it at last, but here it is.
Another 100% hand sewn, zero waste kimono for my collection. Could be my favourite yet.
